Like the model with the speaking tube, this version is also elegantly designed. Made with quality materials and designed with inserted chrome strips, this version of Double is an ideal headset for office use. Comfort is also taken into account: the large and comfortable earpieces allow for minimum pressure and a sense of lightness.
Comfort
All Delan headsets have an adjustable headband to suit any operator, so giving this model the best possible ergonomic solution.
Noise cancelling microphone
The microphone arm is designed to be slid into the best position for the user, nearer to or further from the mouth, to attain a ‘made-to-measure’ position for the operator. The microphone also has a noise cancelling system, able to significantly reduce any noise present in the work environment, thus enabling improved communication without background noise which could interfere with the clarity of the conversation. With its 270° of rotation, its length adjustment and its in-out movability, the speaking tube offers great flexibility according to the requirements of the user.
Pack
Each headset in the Double series comes with a personal kit, comprising a personalisable cloth bag, a complete replacement of the earpiece covers both in leatherette and in foam rubber, a microphone cover and an adhesive hook on which to place the headset when not in use.
Flexible wearability
What distinguishes the Double series from other Delan headsets is that the Double can be worn in two different ways: with the classic headband which is placed over the head, or with a hook which is placed behind the ear. This second possibility is especially useful for users who find it troublesome to wear the headband or do not like to disturb their hairstyle. By simply pressing a chrome button on the headset, the headband can be extracted and replaced by a hook, made specially in mouldable rubber in order to fit to the ear in the best way.
Rapid connection/disconnection plug
The Double series headsets can be connected by using any type of telephonic cable or USB adaptor, with the same connection technology, in a very short time and without having to disconnect the cable end from its site.
Telephonic or PC connection
Each Delan headset in the Double series can be connected, via its own ‘rapid release’ terminal, to any telephone, by means of the appropriate Delan cable, or to its own pc by using the Delan USB cable. Also available are various Delan cables to connect to different types of telephonic and PC audio inputs: for PC audio card (2.5mm), 3.5mm, 2.5mm single Jack etc.
Safety
The Double series headsets have acoustic shock protection technology, thanks to which the maximum sound input is limited to 118 Db in order to prevent the user from being exposed to levels of sound above this threshold.
